Mentoring Statement
Three goals guide Wan Yu鈥檚 teaching and mentoring philosophy:
- Encourage students to think from a geographic perspective and incorporate geographic tools into their research.
- Inspire students to engage with local communities through events and field-based projects.
- Foster open communication between students and instructors to support the achievement of learning objectives.
