D.I.Y. Affirmation Jars

We will be making affirmation jars to help people uplift themselves. there will be an icebreaker, we introduce ourselves and say our favorite affirmation to tell ourselves. Then, everyone will be given an affirmation jar and allowed to use stickers and markers, as well as paint, to decorate the jars. Then, they will write affirmations on Post-its to put in their jars.
