Publicolor is an educational and youth development organization that empowers at-risk NYC students for success in school and career through a multi-year, project-based continuum of programs.
We are currently looking for REMOTE TUTORS to join our Academic Coaching program!
We host remote coaching sessions on Zoom from 5-6pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday with students in grades 6-12; the minimum commitment is just one 1-hour session per week.
We accept tutors on a rolling basis but ask for at least a semester commitment (although would love to have tutors for longer!)
We are currently in need of tutors in all subject areas. Prior experience in tutoring, coaching, or youth development is excellent, but not a requirement.
Tutors will work with anywhere from 1-3 students in a session on the same subject area, supporting them in achieving their academic goals.
