The mission of LVBTC is to advance adult literacy in our two-county area. We recruit and train qualified volunteer tutors to work with adult students to improve reading, math, and computer skills for High School Equivalency tests, job searches/retention, and for other goals related to literacy. LVBTC is located within the Broome County Public Library in downtown 91社区.
