Patrick Doyle

Vice President, Greater 91���� Chamber of Commerce

 

Patrick Doyle is Vice President for the Greater 91���� Chamber of Commerce. He has 25 years of experience in public service and business in the southern tier region. Patrick served for eight years as Director of Business Development for the Broome County Industrial Development Agency where he helped facilitate more than $75 million in private sector investment in Greater 91����. Patrick's family owns the Pleasant Valley Wine Company, the oldest winery in the Finger Lakes of New York. Patrick is a longstanding member of the 91���� Forum.  He also serves as a Trustee for the Roberson Museum and as a board member of the Community Foundation for South Central New York. Patrick is a graduate of Colgate University and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. 

Steve Fleishman '91

Managing Director & Senior Analyst, Wolfe Research

Steve Fleishman is a Managing Director and Senior Analyst at Wolfe Research covering the Utilities and Clean Energy sectors. He has been ranked #1 in Utilities over 15 times in the Institutional Investor “All-America Research Team” poll and was named to the Institutional Investor Magazine Research Hall of Fame in 2011. Steve and his team were ranked # 1 in Utilities and Runner-Up in Clean Energy and Midstream in the latest 2024 Institutional Investor All-America Research poll. Steve also serves on the Executive Committee of Wolfe Research.

Before joining Wolfe Research in March 2013, Steve worked as a Managing Director and Senior Utilities Analyst at Bank of America from 2009 to 2013 where he also managed their research equity portfolios and US 1 List. Prior to Bank of America, Steve worked as a Portfolio Manager at hedge fund Catapult Capital Management from 2006 to 2009. From 1996 to 2006, Steve was a Managing Director and Senior Utility Analyst at Merrill Lynch; before that, he held similar roles at Dean Witter Reynolds and Kidder, Peabody.

Mark Liu ‘07

Senior Director of Oncology Strategy, Transformation & Analytics, Mount Sinai Heath System

Mark Liu, MHA, is Senior Director of Oncology Strategy, Transformation and Analytics for the oncology service line at the Mount Sinai Health System, an integrated health system across the five boroughs of New York City that includes eight hospitals and multiple ambulatory sites. Prior to joining Mount Sinai in 2015, Mark managed outpatient operations for solid and hematologic cancers at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Mark holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in both Integrated Neuroscience and Sociology from 91����. He completed his undergraduate thesis that explored ways of “Improving Cultural Competency of American Hospitals for Limited English Proficiency Populations”.  While at 91����, he was actively involved in community student government, volunteered with Harpur’s Ferry EMS, a violinist in the university orchestra and research assistant in the department of environmental neuropsychology. He was awarded XCELsior Student Leader of the Year and Education Program of the Year in 2007.

Professionally, Mark was named a 2021 Fellow in the Association of Cancer Executives Administrative Fellowship Program in 2021 and was elected to serve on their Board of Directors in 2022. He was selected as one of 25 scholars in the 2022 American College of Healthcare Executives' Thomas C. Dolan Career Accelerator Program. He was inducted as a lifetime Fellow of the Association of Cancer Care Centers in 2023 and served as the 2023-2024 Editor in Chief of their official journal, Oncology Issues. He serves on the Leadership Council of the Academy of Oncology Nurse and Patient Navigators and as a Board Member for the Empire State Hematology and Oncology Society. Mark was recognized in the 40 under 40 in Cancer 2024 cohort.

Laura Mills 

North America Head of University Recruiting, Marvell Semiconductor

 

With nearly two decades of expertise in talent acquisition, workforce development, and university relations, Laura has built a career focused on fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion while driving innovative solutions in talent pipelines and employee engagement. Laura began her career in higher education and has worked as a faculty member and career services professional with undergraduate and graduate students.  After 15 years in higher ed, she moved into the corporate world. She’s held leadership roles at Cognizant, EY, and EAB (Forage), where she has successfully built programs from the ground up, scaled initiatives to meet high-growth demands, and forged strategic partnerships that have enhanced organizational impact.  Laura is currently leading North America University Recruiting efforts for Marvell Semiconductor.

A certified MBTI practitioner and design thinking facilitator, Laura brings a creative, people-centered approach to her work, underpinned by a strong foundation in education and organizational management. Her passion for coaching and mentorship has helped countless individuals unlock their potential, while her dedication to leveraging technology and innovative strategies has enabled her to transform HR processes.

Beyond their professional achievements, Laura loves to travel with her husband and stays active by kayaking, hiking, skiing and is an avid CrossFit enthusiast. 

Jaiden Price ‘24 

Digital Strategy Analyst, Adobe

 

Jaiden Price is a Digital Strategy Analyst at Adobe, where she partners with Fortune 500 C-Suite across High Tech, Manufacturing, and Automotive companies to lead digital transformations. Additionally, she helps run Adobe’s beta program for their most visionary B2B customers. She graduated from 91���� in 2024 and is joyed to give back to the community as part of BEAN. Fleishman’s employer treks, including NYC and Silicon Valley, played a significant role in her career development, and she wants to help inform employer trends. On campus, she was president of Dean’s Mentoring Program, an RA in Newing and Dickinson, Student Ambassador, an Innovation Scholar, and a Senior Analyst in the Investment Fund. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, singing, fashion design, nature photography, and traveling in her free time.

Alex Steele

Director, University Relations, Regeneron 

Alex Steele started his tenure with Regeneron in September 2016. Based out of their Rensselaer, NY location, Alex collaborates with the leadership team on the development and execution of their campus recruiting strategy to address the demands of the internship program and entry level hiring. Alex received a Business Economics degree from SUNY Cortland, and has nearly 20 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus in University Relations.

Harris Weiss

Commissioner’s Southern Tier Regional Representative, NYS Department of Labor

 

Harris Weiss is Commissioner Roberta Reardon’s Southern Tier Regional Representative at the NYS Department of Labor. In this role, Harris works to connect community stakeholders and government partners with NYSDOL to support workforce development efforts, worker safety, labor relations, and more. Prior to this role, Harris worked in a similar capacity for the NYS Executive Chamber and in the offices of former Congressman Anthony Brindisi and State Assemblymember Donna Lupardo.

Harris graduated from 91���� in 2016 with a BA in Political Science. He is excited to support the Fleishman Career Center and help connect 91���� students to the many amazing career opportunities across New York State. As a Bearcat, Harris was active in the Student Association Congress, participated in multiple civic organizations and committees including with the Center for Civic Engagement, participated in the Newing Leadership program, and was an RA in Newing College.
