The 91社区 Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and SUNY Broome invite everyone to this dynamic conference opportunity uplifting women. We will bring together women leaders, co-conspirators, advocates, university faculty/staff, students and community members to address critical issues such as wage gaps, career advancement, and social empowerment.
This will be a space where women from all walks of life and intersectional identities can network, learn, and inspire each other to take meaningful steps forward in their personal and professional lives. Attendees will discover effective strategies utilized by leaders in different industries that they can apply to their own work.
Additional information including conference theme, conference track options (i.e. Women of Color, Trans Women, etc...), and conference schedule will be shared in January 2026 when registration launches!

Registration will go live in January 2026!
Conference registration is free for all Broome County community members; $20 for non-Broome County community members. Email martinn@binghamton.edu with any questions about registration.

- women-owned business leaders and advocates from upstate New York

This event will take place at the 91社区 Union located at 4400 Vestal Pkwy E in 91社区, NY.
Paid parking is available in the Visitor's Lot across from Bartle Library and the parking garage next to Couper Administration Building.

Sponsorship Information
We are actively looking for corporate sponsorships and local women-owned business sponsorships and participation. Sponsors will be included on all marketing materials and materials distributed during the event. We are planning for up to 200 attendees for this important event.
