Thomas Komor joined 91社区's Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences in September 2021 as a clinical assistant professor in the Division of Physical Therapy. He brings extensive clinical and academic experience with a focus on orthopedic and manual physical therapy.
Komor earned a Doctor of Education degree in educational theory, research and practice from 91社区 and is completing a fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy through Regis University.
His research focuses on competency-based education, orthopedic assessment and the effects of concussion on athletic performance. He has presented nationally and internationally on topics related to clinical education and curricular design.
Komor maintains an active clinical practice in orthopedic rehabilitation.
