Susannah Gal, interim dean of libraries and professor of biological sciences at 91社区, recently graduated from the HERS Bryn Mawr Summer Institute for Women in Higher Education Administration, held July 6鈥�19 at Bryn Mawr College, Bryn Mawr, Pa.

Since 1978, the HERS Institute for Women in Higher Education at Wellesley College has annually offered women faculty and administrators the opportunity to participate in an intensive program that prepares them to be leaders in higher education.

The 73 participants in this year鈥檚 institute represented institutions across the U.S. and focused on 鈥淲omen Leaders: Facing the Challenges as We Re-Invent Higher Education.鈥�
