The ITS Help Desk is the central point of contact for all your information technology questions and support needs at 91社区. Our dedicated staff is here to assist you with a wide range of services.

Fall & Spring Semesters:
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Summer and Winter Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Hours subject to change when classes are not in session

After-Hours Assistance

To request assistance after hours please submit a ticket which will be reviewed the next business day. Our offers our Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, and ways to submit tickets and project requests.

  • Report an issue or request assistance
