Elizabeth (Beth) Brown (she/her) serves as the director of assessment and as a subject librarian for chemistry, earth sciences, materials science, mathematics and physics. Her research interests include bibliometric data analysis, chemical information and qualitative assessment of library spaces, collections and services. She has worked in the Libraries since 1998. Prior to becoming a librarian, she worked as a chemical researcher in pharmacology and the dynamics of metal/gas interactions.
