Summer/Winter Final Exam Proctor Requests
Some summer/winter courses offered by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics have in-person final exams. If you will not be in 91社区 at the time of your final exam, you may request permission to take the exam near your home with an approved proctor.
Who this is for?
This option is for students enrolled in a summer/winter MATH course with an in-person final exam who are unable to be in 91社区 for the scheduled final exam.
How it works
- Find a proctor near your home.
- Complete the Proctor Application Form.
- Upload the completed form using the Google Form linked below. Please do not email the form directly.
- Wait for approval from the department and/or instructor.
Important deadline
The proctor form must be submitted at least two weeks before the start of the course. Late requests cannot be approved.
If the form is not submitted by the deadline, you will be required to take the final exam in person at 91社区 or drop the course.Download the Proctor Application Form
Who can be proctors?
Your proctor should be someone in a professional academic or testing setting, such as a school, college, library, or testing center. Family members and friends may not serve as proctors. If you need help finding a proctor, try the website .
