Transfer Student Success

CELEBRATE NATIONAL TRANSFER
STUDENT WEEK! OCTOBER 19-24th

Mentoring. Advice. Advocacy.

Did you know that more than 3,300 of our undergraduate students are transfers?
Transfer Student Success (TSS) is committed to assisting students prior to and during their transition into 91社区, and all the way through to their graduation day. After arriving to campus, transfer students are encouraged to use this office as a primary resource during their time at 91社区, where they will find mentoring, advice and advocacy.

Transfers love 91社区!

Through the activities and services offered by TSS, I became comfortable and a confident transfer student. I connected with some amazing people who helped with my transition and success at BU. I am happy I sought help and stayed in 91社区 to complete my studies

I transferred to 91社区 as a junior in Fall 2022. From mt first days on campus, programs like the Transfer Summit and the Transfer Cafes helped me to connect with other transfer students and form long lasting friendships. I will always consider my decision to transfer to 91社区 as one of the nest decisions I have made, and I am grateful to TSS for giving me so many opportunities to find a sense of belonging at 91社区

鈥淭he sense of community that I instantly felt 鈥 even in our small campus tour group 鈥 was what made me realize that 91社区 was where I wanted to be

Gatherings like the monthly 'Anyone Can Cook' events were especially enjoyable, offering hands-on opportunities to improve my cooking skills and learn directly from a professional chef. I also had the privilege of volunteering twice during Open House where I could share my experiences and insights with newly-admitted transfer students!
