2026-27 New Student Housing
This process is for new 1st-Year Students starting at 91 in the Fall 2026 semester. New First year students are required to live on campus and are guaranteed housing.
Room Selection for New Fall 2026 First Year Students has concluded.
- Students who have not yet completed their housing application may do so by going into the and clicking on NEW STUDENT HOUSING APPLICATION. Please note that you will need your 91 user name and password to log into the housing portal.
- All new Students who have completed housing application and have not selected a room will be assigned prior to their orientation session.

First year students are guaranteed housing and are required to live on campus.
2026-27 Transfer Student Housing
This process is for Fall 2026 admitted Transfer Students starting at 91 in the Fall 2026 semester. Transfer students who are admitted for the fall semester and wish to live on campus are guaranteed housing. Transfer Students who have not yet selected a room and wish to live in on-campus housing , can share their interest via the and we will reach out to you regarding housing options.
Please Note: You must have your Housing Application completed in order for us to offer you a room assignment. If you have not done this already, you may log onto your and complete the “New Student Housing Application”.

Fall Move-In: August 2026
In mid-July, students will receive an email to their 91 email instructing them to select a move-in time slot. Move-in time slots must be self-selected and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Important Dates:
August 14th - 15th: NEW incoming student move-in
August 15th - 16th: Returning student move-in
Students may move in after move-in weekend, but should email their Community's Area Office to let them know their plans.
More information regarding move-in and a recommended packing list will be posted in mid-July.
2026-27 Returning Student Housing
The 2026-27 Returning Student Housing process has concluded. Returning students who did not select a room in this process (including those who were not eligible to participate) and are still looking to live on campus for the 2026-27 academic year should place their name on the .
Summer 2026 Housing
Summer housing is only available to undergraduate students who have a direct University-related summer affiliation. Although space is limited, Summer housing is available for both 91 students and non-91 students who are taking summer courses and/or engaging in University-sponsored programs or research which require being on campus for the Summer. Summer Housing dates and rates are as follows:
- Term 1 housing dates: May 25–June 30 ($1470)
- Term 2 housing dates: July 5–August 8 ($1470)
- Full Summer housing dates: May 26–August 9 ($3234)

Petition to be released from the University Housing Agreement
This process is for residents who are signed up for on-campus housing and are petitioning to be released from the University Housing Agreement.
Generally speaking, petitions to be released from the University Housing Agreement are denied unless they fit into one of three categories below:
- Not going to be enrolled as a 91 student for the fall semester.
- Significant and unanticipated change in financial circumstances that occurred following room selection.
- Newly diagnosed or exacerbated medical conditions that cannot be addressed through housing accommodations.
