Biography
Erika Hernandez Acton joined the School of Management in 2023. She is interested in leadership and workforce development across the lifespan, including how to prepare children to be future leaders and to enter the workforce in the K-12 context.
She is especially interested in addressing the pipeline issue in certain workforces, such as STEM careers in which women and individuals from historically underserved communities are underrepresented.
