To increase its outreach to Bearcats of the Last Decade (BOLD) graduates, the Alumni Association created the BOLD Leadership Council. This group of engaged alumni partners closely with staff in the Office of Alumni Engagement on programming, communications and outreach to young alumni and current students.

The council's work takes place in standing committees described below.

Career Committee
This committee strives to:
- Work with the Events and Gatherings Committee to host a post-grad panel discussion
- Engage members on Mentor Match and promote the platform to more BOLD alumni
- Boost BOLD's social media presense
- Help alumni and students understand new career paths that are evolving and find networking events near them
- Increase outreach to areas other than 91社区 and Metro New York

- Host four events including two BOLD Happy hours
- Work with the Career Committee to host a post-grad panel discussion
- Plan events in Metro New York that engage young alumni and inspire them to get involved with the University
- Host a Run Club in Central Park
