Join Harpur Edge for the intermediate python workshop that focuses on building a small graphic application for the desktop, a 2d game like Space Invaders or Super Mario, but the concepts can be applied to any 2d application idea. Attendees would need to be familiar with basic programming concepts such as:

* variables,
* if/else statements
* loops
* functions
That were covered in the Python introductory crash course. Bring your laptop.

Dr. Bernshteyn will walk us through her 91ÉçÇø experience, medical school, residency, and fellowship and answer questions from students.

Dr. Bernshteyn majored in integrative neuroscience at 91ÉçÇø and attended medical school at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. Dr. Bernshteyn stayed at SUNY Upstate Medical University to complete an internal medicine residency and serve as chief for quality and patient safety at the Syracuse VA Medical Center before joining Guthrie for her gastroenterology fellowship, where she is in her third year.
