  • B-Healthy brings together campus partners, local businesses, and wellness advocates to promote awareness of health and wellness resources on campus and support the community in learning how to live healthy lives using these resources.

  • Join us for an informative workshop on developing the necessary skill and confidence in accessing and using electronic Health Information. Gain the ability to obtain, process and understand basic health information and services to facilitate appropriate health decisions. This has become an increasingly important facet of your health care and achieving healthy outcomes. Particular emphasis will be placed on finding and using quality health information. 
  • Participants will be offered the opportunity at the event to partake in a research design that includes a pre and post survey.  The details on the research will be provided to you at the event. Participation in the surveys are completely voluntary.

Healthy eating on a budget

For in-person workshops, guests requiring a garage parking pass can pick up their pass at the Information Booth as you enter the University and by providing your name and the name of the event.

Feel free to bring family members or friends to any of our events.  

Retiree, emeritus/emerita ID cards allow access to events and discounts on campus.

Contact Corinna Kruman should you require a new ID card. I will use the picture we currently have in the system. You can also email Corinna Kruman a recent photo with mailing information. 

If you prefer, you can have a new pictures taken by coming to AD 242, Department of Human Resources.
