Looking to connect with colleagues across campus? Consider joining one of our campus affinity groups. Conversations will cover any number of topics, the affinity group just gives members a common experience from which relationships can grow. These groups are open to everyone within the campus community!

Affinity Group Lead: Rhonda Branca
The 91社区 Writers' Circle will workshop members' fiction and creative nonfiction, providing valuable feedback and support. The group will meet every other week or as frequently as members desire.

Professional Staff of Color
Affinity Group Co-Leads: Jazell Johnson and Richie Sebuharara
The Professionals of Color Affinity Group provides a supportive space for faculty and staff of color to connect, share experiences, and build community across campus. We aim to cultivate connection, promote professional growth, and advocate for meaningful representation and institutional change within the university. Through networking, mentorship, and collaborative initiatives, we seek to honor varied perspectives, amplify voices, and strengthen a campus culture where all employees feel respected and empowered.

Supervising others is challenging to say the least. Making sure staff members are meeting goals, ensuring professional development opportunities are in place, boosting morale, completing performance programs and evaluations, understanding and implementing union and campus policy... it鈥檚 a whirlwind! The supervisor group holds monthly meetings to help connect you with other supervisors to commiserate and problem solve.
