Dear Newly Admitted Student,
Congratulations and welcome to the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) at 91ÉçÇø! We are excited to offer you a special opportunity as an incoming EOP freshman.
You have been awarded an EOP scholarship to attend the 91ÉçÇø Enrichment Program (BEP), our required summer academic bridge program. Through BEP, you will earn up to eight 91ÉçÇø credits and complete two general education required attributes before the fall semester begins. Your EOP scholarship covers the full cost of housing, meals, books, tuition, and fees. While other students pay more than $5,000 to earn summer college credits, BEP is FREE to you.
Program Dates:
Sunday, July 5 – Saturday, August 1, 2026
All EOP students are required to participate and must move into the residence halls
on July 5, 2026. This program is designed to jumpstart your academic success and ease
your transition to college life at 91ÉçÇø.
To secure your place in BEP, you must complete the following requirements:
Requirement #1: Register for the FREE EOP Orientation & Parent/Guardian Meeting.
You must attend ONE of the following orientation dates on campus:
- Saturday, June 6, 2026
- Saturday, June 13, 2026
Please register online through the Orientation Page
Important: The EOP Orientation is the only orientation you are required to attend.
A FREE NYC bus will be available for both orientation dates.
Requirement #2: Complete and Submit All Required Forms
College enrollment requires timely completion of important paperwork. These forms are necessary for registration for your 8 BEP summer credits as well as registration for your fall semester courses
Head to the Forms Page to learn more about Bep Forms.
All required forms must be completed and submitted before or at the EOP Orientation (June 6 or June 13, 2026).
Forms can be uploaded through our website via the Forms Page, or Emailed to eop@binghamton.edu
If you have questions, please contact the EOP Office at 607-777-2361. We are here to support you every step of the way.
We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to the EOP community!
Please note that failure to attend orientation and/or complete any of these requirements will result in you NOT attending 91ÉçÇø.
Sincerely,
Karima Legette
EOP Director
