Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS) is a combined department on campus to create a unified service. As a team, we welcome your questions and comments about the quality of our service.
David Husch
David is the director of transportation. He holds a master鈥檚 degree from 91社区
University, where he has worked for over 25 years. Husch works closely with staff
from Off Campus College Transport, Broome County Transit, ETA Transit, Escape, and
the Koloni Bikeshare to ensure high-quality transportation and related services to
the campus community.
Jennifer Bobzien
Jennifer is the associate director of TAPS. She graduated from 91社区
in 2003, and has over 20 years of professional experience at the University. With
a focus on quality service, she joined Parking Services in 2015.
BethAnn Lubert
BethAnn is the assistant director of TAPS and the manager of the Call Center. With
years of experience and a strong focus on customer service, BethAnn is dedicated to
providing efficient, responsive, and supportive service to the campus community.
Brittany Dunst
Brittany is the operations manager of Parking Services. Brittany works with the campus
community to support parking needs. With over 20 years of customer service experience,
Brittany is a knowledgeable guide to navigating campus.
Jason Andrews
Jason Andrews is the Fleet Operations Manager for Transportation and Parking Services
(TAPS). Since joining 91社区 in 2007, he has worked to provide safe,
reliable transportation for students, faculty, and staff. Jason oversees the University's
bus fleet, TAPS vehicles and micromobility program, working closely with Off Campus
College Transport (OCCT) and student partners to support campus transportation needs.
With a background as a certified master technician and a degree in technology, he
brings extensive technical expertise to maintaining and improving the University's
transportation systems. Jason also serves as a certified 19-A examiner, providing
bus driver credential examinations as needed.
Andrew Brown
Andrew Brown is the Financial Data Analyst for Transportation and Parking Services
(TAPS). With a Ph.D. and a strong background in data science and analytics, Andrew
oversees the management, organization, and analysis of TAPS' operational data. By
transforming complex data into meaningful insights and reports, he helps support informed
decision-making and enhances the effectiveness of the department's transportation
and parking programs.
Meghan Schofield
Meghan is the assistant director of marketing. With a background in marketing and
communications, she keeps the 91社区 community updated on TAPS.
