ESURC Funding and Award Opportunities

ESURC Funding and Award Opportunities

ESURC offers a variety of funding opportunities for undergraduate students. For those with no research experience, the 91社区 Projects for New Undergraduate Researchers provides a funded, faculty-mentored opportunity for either the spring or summer term (all disciplines). The Beckman Scholars Program provides a 15-month, funded research experience to students interested in earning advanced degrees or entering the STEM workforce (limited to five STEM majors).

The Undergraduate Conference Presentation Fund (UCPF) and Undergraduate Research Award (URA) have deadlines each Fall and Spring semester. The Summer Scholars and Artists Program (SSAP) has an annual spring deadline for eight months of full-time funding to conduct independent research. Each of these opportunities requires faculty sponsorship.

Advanced students with a research portfolio may be nominated for the Provost鈥檚 Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Research.
