The Late Wedding is inspired by the writings of Italo Calvino the show is a fractured portrait of a fractured marriage as told through a series of interconnected fables. At once an anthropological tour through marriage customs, a spy thriller, and a sci fi love story.

Can he knock off his unsuspecting relatives without being caught and become the ninth Earl of Highhurst? And what of love? Because murder isn't the only thing on Monty's mind....
Jazz Nutcracker

Jazz Nutcracker, through a series of kinetic dance performances, tells the story of a young girl named Clara who receives a nutcracker as a gift from her godfather, Drosselmeyer . The nutcracker comes to life and whisks Clara away to a fantasy dreamland, where she is treated to gifts and dances from representatives from across the globe.

The Department of Theatre is dedicated to providing students with
an abundance of hands-on opportunities in theatre, beginning in their freshman year.
Cast and crew for productions are comprised of undergraduate and
graduate students, occasionally augmented with guest artists. Theatre productions
are credit-bearing courses for currently registered students.
Auditions
Be sure to visit our audition information page for the latest information. Auditions for Fall productions happen in the first week of classes. Auditions for Spring productions take place towards the end of the Fall Semester.
Theatre Facilities
We are fortunate to have a variety of production facilities to work in, ranging from a 100-seat black box in the Fine Arts Building to a 1200+ seat Concert Theatre in the Anderson Center for Performing Arts.
Arts in Education
Offering special performances for curriculum enrichment through BOCES Organizations, Individual Teachers and Homeschool Networks. Matinee performances for K-12 audiences, Q & A with Cast and Crew, Discussion Panel, and OnSite Workshops when applicable.
