The Hub of Innovation and Prototyping 

The Watson Fabrication Lab is a premier 15,000-square-foot facility dedicated to advanced manufacturing, rapid prototyping, and cross-disciplinary Watson projects. Whether you are a student working on a capstone project or a researcher developing the next breakthrough, our facility provides the space and tools to bring your designs to life.

Engineering Building, First Floor - Suites EB-E1 and B1 


Operating hours

  • 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • 12 p.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

Access and lab safety training 

To maintain a safe environment for all innovators, the following requirements must be met before accessing the facility: 

  • Mandatory Training: All users of the lab are required to take and pass the lab safety training. 
  • Annual Requirement: Training is mandatory and must be completed every year.
