As a specialized office, we provide Watson students with tailored resources and mentorship designed to meet their unique academic and career needs, while actively collaborating with alumni and employer partners who play a vital role in our students鈥 success.
Kimberly Eiche
Director

Kim has served as the director of the Watson Career and Alumni Connections (WCAC) Office since 2020, where she oversees office operations, strategic planning, and the professional staff team. She brings 14 years of experience in student affairs and higher education, and she holds a PhD in strategic leadership and administrative studies.
In addition to career coaching appointments with students, Kim serves as the Watson College liaison for Commencement efforts, coordinates Engineers Week, and serves on the local Schools-to-Careers Partnership Board.
Kim is committed to ensuring the WCAC team provides personalized support in every interaction while consistently demonstrating an above-and-beyond attitude.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and especially loves doing fun activities with her little girl!
Stacey Brown
Assistant Director

Stacey has served as assistant director in the Watson Career and Alumni Connections (WCAC) Office since June 2022, focusing on expanding student engagement with the office鈥檚 resources through advising, programming, and outreach across Watson College.
With a strong background in technical recruiting and career readiness, she brings unique perspectives when meeting with students. She presents annually in more than 80 classes across majors and class years, tailoring content to student needs and contributing to steady year-over-year growth in student engagement.
She serves as the primary liaison to over 40 Watson student organizations, leading professional development initiatives for both student organizations and the Watson College Scholars Program, while also providing tailored support for international students. She supervises the office鈥檚 graduate assistant and oversees the LeetCode Specialist program, strengthening support for students鈥 technical interview preparation. Stacey also leads key alumni engagement initiatives, including regional receptions and Watson鈥檚 annual Networking Night in New York City.
In her personal time, she enjoys relaxing at home with her furbabies and binging the latest TV shows!
Ashley Misuraca
Senior Employer Relations Coordinator

Ashley has led employer engagement for Watson Career and Alumni Connections (WCAC) since 2020. With a background in recruiting and employer relations, she brings an industry-driven perspective to building programs that connect Watson students with real hiring pipelines.
She is the creator of several major initiatives, including the Watson Career Expo, WatBot, and Watson鈥檚 LeetCode program, all designed to expand employer partnerships, strengthen student technical preparation, and position Watson as a leader in engineering career development.
In addition to building employer pipelines, Ashley supports students directly by sponsoring student projects, guiding them through application materials, and overseeing WCAC鈥檚 student assistant staff and training program. She works closely with employers to create meaningful engagement opportunities for Watson students, from traditional recruiting and internships to capstone projects, guest lectures, and faculty-led research collaborations.
Known for her energy, creativity, and student-first mindset, Ashley is passionate about helping students discover opportunities that align with their goals and interests. Outside of WCAC, she enjoys cooking, hosting craft nights, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills!
Matthew Ridley
Career and Alumni Engagement Specialist

Matthew started at the WCAC in January 2026 and is actively engaging with Watson alumni to create cultivating and interactive events for our students to participate in. Additionally, he is looking forward to working one-on-one with students to help them build their professional profiles, resum茅s, and apply for various internships and jobs.
Before starting at the WCAC, Matthew worked as a recruiter for over four years, specializing in technical, industrial, and professional placements. He worked with many companies throughout the US, filling their employment needs and working with management to come up with recruitment strategies.
In his free time, Matthew loves to spend time with his wife and daughters. He actively roots for the Yankees and New York Giants, and he loves to take family vacations to Universal Studios Florida.
Kendra Feggins

Kendra has worked in the WCAC Office as the administrative coordinator since 2021 and manages all daily office operations. In addition to supporting student appointments, she oversees work order submissions, coordinates event logistics, and manages student funding reimbursements.
Kendra is known for her friendly demeanor, reliability, and genuine interest in building relationships with those around her. She serves as a key resource for students, staff, faculty, and external partners, in large part due to her strong connections across the campus community.
Behind the scenes of every WCAC program, employer visit, and student success story, Kendra鈥檚 work helps bring each initiative to life. Her dedication and commitment play a vital role in supporting the mission and impact of the WCAC team. Outside of the office, she enjoys shopping, trying different foods, spending time with family, and traveling to Maryland.
