MRC Resource Requests

The Multicultural Resource Center offers low-cost and free resources for student organizations, campus departments, faculty, and staff. Below is a list of what we currently offer. 

General Resource Request Process

  • Submit resource requests using the .
  • Resource requests must be placed 5 business days before the requested pickup date.
  • After submitting a resource request, the requester will receive an email from mrcsm@binghamton.edu within two business days.
  • If the request is approved, the email will include payment and pick-up instructions.
  • Payments must be made at the time of the order. We currently accept cash, check, and/or payment from a student organization/department’s account. Student Association (SA) chartered organizations may use SA’s check/voucher. Campus departments can pay by expenditure transfer. Please note that we do not accept debit/credit card payments at this time.
