Changing Minds 91���� Stress: Stress Mindset, Resilience, and Well-Being" delves into the transformative power of altering our perceptions of stress. In a world where stress is often seen as the villain, this presentation seeks to challenge the traditional narrative of stress as purely negative.

This presentation will explore the science behind stress mindset, offering practical strategies to reframe stress as a catalyst for growth and productivity. Discover the psychology behind resilience and learn how to harness it as a tool for personal empowerment.

Through interactive discussions and evidence-based insights, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how mindset shapes our response to stress. They'll leave equipped with actionable techniques to reveal resilience, optimize well-being, and thrive in the face of challenges.

The Fleishman Center for Career and Professional Development is an internationally-recognized career center that prides itself on creating a tailored experience for all students. A student staff member from Fleishman (current nursing student) will be available by appointment weekly at the Health Sciences Building to help Health Sciences students with resumes, mock interviewing, cover letters and more!

Click “Appointments”

Select if you are a graduate or undergraduate student
