Join your peers at the 2027 NYS College and University Emergency Management Workshop at 91社区. This event attracts emergency management practitioners from across New York State, and is a great opportunity to learn and network with each other. Whether you are a full-time emergency manager, or if it was thrust upon you as 鈥渙ther duties as assigned鈥, you will benefit from joining your colleagues at this annual event.
The cost of attending this year鈥檚 workshop is $110 per person. Registration includes breakfast, lunch and breaks each day, as well as a networking reception at the end of day-one. Attendees are also provided electronic copies of presenter-shared documents and handouts.

Optional Training:
We are pleased to offer the two-day Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) course through the NYS Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES). This course will be held January 12-13, 2027 and is free to attend. Registration for this course is separate from the Workshop and can be completed by following .
If you are no longer able to attend, you may request a refund by emailing oem@binghamton.edu. Full refunds may be granted if you submit a request more than seven days before the event. Requests for refunds inside the seven-day window may will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
