Explore Pathways to Teaching Excellence
The Graduate Center for Professional Development offers two routes to train current
and future educators to be evidence-based practitioners, in addition to on-going,
cross-campus collaboration through training workshops.

and supports preparation for the academic job market.
Mentorship is a crucial part of the experience in higher learning and advanced postdoctoral
training. The Graduate School is committed to supporting faculty in building their
skills in mentorship, through evidence-based practices and thorough support. Faculty
can engage through two routes:
Be trained by CIMER in facilitating Entering Mentoring and bring this learning back
to the 91社区 campus by training a cohort of colleagues.
Participate in an on-campus training series based on CIMER鈥檚 Entering Mentoring Curriculum.
