Mentorship Matters
Mentoring Excellence

Mentorship is a crucial part of the experience in higher learning and advanced postdoctoral training. The Graduate School is committed to supporting faculty in building their skills in mentorship, through evidence-based practices and thorough support. Faculty can engage through two routes:

  1. Be trained by CIMER in facilitating Entering Mentoring and bring this learning back to the 91社区 campus by training a cohort of colleagues.

  2. Participate in an on-campus training series based on CIMER鈥檚 Entering Mentoring Curriculum.
