There are six buildings (all of them co-ed) that make up Dickinson Community. Each building has a multi-purpose room, a laundry room with an adjoining laundry lounge and a recreational game room.

Room styles
- Four- and five-person flats each flat shares two bathrooms and an entry vestibule.
- Hotel doubles are slightly larger, double occupancy, corridor-style rooms with one bathroom shared by both residents.
- Corridor-style doubles — each room houses two students, each set of three rooms share a bathroom (only in Old Digman)
