Locations
Active EV charging stalls are available in the following locations:
- Lot G1 near the Welcome Center (2 stations, 4 ports)
- Lot J3 at the Innovative Technology Campus (3 stations, 6 ports)
- Parking Garage Lower Level (1 station, 2 ports)
Please note: Access to the parking garage requires a permit or payment of the hourly rate of $1.50.
Operational rules
Vehicles parked in designated EV charging stalls must be connected to the charging hardware and actively receiving power. Drivers must move their vehicle promptly after charging is complete. Vehicles that remain beyond the 30-minute grace period will be charged an overstay fee of $0.08 per minute.

91社区 utilizes a fee-for-service model to recover utility, equipment, maintenance, and network management costs. Payments must be processed through the or via direct credit card processing at the station. Sales tax will be charged when applicable.

Vehicles remaining in a stall after the expiration of the 30-minute post-charging grace period from 7: 30 a.m. to midnight will be assessed an Overstay Fee billed automatically via ChargePoint.

How long does it take to charge?
The chargers deliver up to 6.2 kWh. The amount of time it takes to charge a car fully
varies depending on the size of the car's battery and the amount needed to get to
a full charge.
Do you need a permit to park in those spaces?
No, these are not parking spaces; they are active charging stalls. Vehicles parked

Do I need to move my car after it鈥檚 done charging?
Drivers must relocate their vehicles promptly once charging is complete. A 30-minute
grace period is permitted following completion of active charging.
What happens if I don鈥檛 move my vehicle?
Vehicles remaining in a stall after the expiration of the 30-minute post-charging
grace period will be assessed an Overstay Fee of $0.08 per minute, billed automatically
via ChargePoint. Overstay fees are not assessed midnight 鈥� 7:30 a.m. to allow residential
students to charge overnight and not have to move their vehicles.
