An essential component of pharmacy learning

Simulations are designed by experienced simulation educators using state-of-the art equipment and technology. They immerse students in realistic, clinical situations that pharmacists will encounter in the field. These include dispensing, medication management, injections, review and recommendation of medications, and communication about therapies.  

By providing opportunities to perform pharmaceutical tasks in a safe and supportive environment, Skills Lab simulations increase student mastery of clinical concepts and strengthen the communication skills necessary to provide quality patient care. 

91ÉçÇø Healthcare Consortium

The 91ÉçÇø Healthcare Consortium is made up of the healthcare simulation teams from the Decker College of Health Sciences and the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Our mission is to provide safe, culturally sensitive, evidence-based simulation experiences to support healthcare education and facilitate safe patient care.
